If you missed Part 1 of our Munich trip, you can read it here.
After the bike tour, we hit the Hofbrauhaus for an afternoon of snacks/late lunch and some beers! It was a relaxing afternoon hanging out with family, catching up, listening to the great live music, and people watching! If you make the trip to Munich, Hofbrauhaus is a must stop!
Another perk is the toddler can be as loud as he wants to be and you can’t even hear him across the table because there is so much going on in there!
We headed to a wonderful restaurant below that we would highly recommend. It was recommended by our amazing AirBNB hosts and it had yummy food, yummy desserts, and great service!
The next morning we grabbed breakfast and headed to the Deutsches Museum. While I will be the first to admit that we aren’t huge museum people, this museum is very nice. First of all it’s huge! Thankfully Eli slept through most of it because a lot of the museum is not super kid friendly. However, we found an awesome kids area which is near the coat/bag checks in the front of the museum and Eli loved playing in this area when he woke up!
After the museum, we had to head back to the Hofbrauhaus for a last German meal before headed back to London! We had a fantastic time and can’t wait to visit Germany again soon!!
Side note-This was a little over a week after I found out I was pregnant, so looking a little rough in these pics! Ha!
