Major Milestones: I am holding my head up like a champ and starting to track things with my eyes. It is exhausting opening my eyes, so I only do it for a few minutes every few hours.
Outings: Mommy got me and Eli out of the house for the first time today to take Eli to school.
Visitors: During my 1st month of life, I met my Honey who stayed in London for a month, my Uncle Ben who came to visit few days after I was born, and my Nana and Grandpa Bob arrived in London to meet me on my 1 month birthday!
Overall, we are still waking him up for most of his feeds and he hardly ever cries. He doesn’t cry to tell us his diaper is dirty or that he is hungry, so we are just changing and feeding him on a schedule. As a mom, I constantly find myself comparing him to other babies that are his age and the things that they are doing that our little Rexxy is just not. Then I remind myself and his doctor reminds me that he should still be inside of me. He is not due for over 2 more weeks, so eating and sleeping is all he needs to do right now. While it is a hard concept to grasp, we are so excited to have him home and healthy with us!
